Floor Plan Layout: We will work closely with the decorator to design a floor plan that will best suit your conference needs and save you money through space consolidation.

Logistical Coordination: Throughout the process, pre-show and on-site, we will act as the point person between you and the hotel/convention center, the decorator's account executive and your other outside trade show vendors.

Expert Floor Management: We'll be there early, remain on-site and be the last ones to leave, ensuring that your floor is set-up on time, your exhibitors have received their products, your security is in place at the end of the day and your food and drink presentations are placed correctly, serviced and removed on schedule.
