Decorator and Supplier Contract Negotiations:
Our experience in negotiating with vendors, will provide you the lower costs on quality drapes, furnishings, kiosks, signage, plants and the many other supplies that you may need.
Floor Plan Layout:
We will work closely with the decorator to design a floor plan that will best suit your conference needs and save you money through space consolidation. A proper floor provides flow and direction for the entire event.
Throughout the process, pre-show and on-site, we will act as the point person between you and the hotel/convention center, the decorator’s account executive, and direct your other outside trade show vendors.
Expert Floor Management:
We’ll be there early, remain on-site and be the last ones to leave. At the event, we make sure that your floor is set-up on time, your exhibitors have received their products, food and drinks are serviced and cleaned in a timely manner, and the proper security is in place at the end of the day. Our clients have the confidence that their event will run smoothly and efficiently.
